Ginger Peach Overnight Oats

You’ve probably noticed my love for breakfast foods by now. I especially love breakfast foods that are easy, like overnight oats. These are great because all you have to do is mix all the ingredients together the night before, pop ‘Em in the fridge, then enjoy them the next morning (after taking a million pictures of them if you’re like me). I always like to mix up the flavour of my overnight oats to add some variety to my routine. This combination is great for the summer when peaches are in season, but feel free to play with this and find what you like best.



Ginger Peach Overnight Oats

Serves 1

2/3 cup oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 peach

  • Combine all the ingredients in a jar, bowl or Tupperware.
  • Slice the peach and either stir in on place on top.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
