Creamy Tahini Dressing

I am a lover of salads. They are always my go-to lunch and my go-to dinner if I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook. Part of what makes salads so great is the huge variety that’s out there. Think about it, there’s chicken salad, Caesar salad, pasta salad, cooked salads, raw salads and about any other type of salad that you could possibly imagine. I also love the wide varieties of dressings that are available o take your personalized salad to the next level. This is an easy and creamy dressing without any of the actual cream.




Creamy Tahini Dressing

Makes 1/2 cup dressing

2 tablespoons tahini

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

A pinch of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon honey

Sea salt & pepper

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or Tupperware and whisk until combined. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
