Hi there! I’m Ashley and I’d like to say a big thank you for visiting my blog! I am super excited to share my ideas and creations with you and and hope that you will enjoy this adventure as much as I am going to. Here is a little background about me.
Ever since I was a little kid I have suffered from stomach issues and it seemed that no matter how many doctors I went to see nothing ever helped. In 2014 I made a big lifestyle change by dropping wheat, dairy and refined sugar. I did begin to feel better, but it can be quite difficult to maintain these kinds of eating habits, especially if you lead a busy life like me.
Between school, sports, work and other extra curriculars I find it can be hard to find time for myself; I’m sure many of you can relate!
I will be sharing easy recipes, tips and tricks that hopefully can be as useful to you as they are to me. Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be a hassle! I hope you find my blog helpful. Feel free to leave comments and ask questions, I would love to hear from you all.
